Hiring rules
- Offroad is only permitted with owners approval
- No smoking inside van
- No festivals
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return clean or a cleaning fee will apply
- Prefer no cooking inside the van (use BBQ provided)
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, please report it immediately, so it can be rectified.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 4.8We had an awesome holiday surviving 2 weeks 'fully off-grid' in this offroad van. We learned quickly the value of SOLAR to keep powered up. This van has 2 fridges which can tax your power. To support our daily power usage we connected our 300W solar blanket and used this to run the outdoor fridge independent of the van. This complemented the solar set-up for the van and worked a treat. Overall the van suited our needs perfectly and we hope to hire 'Westy' again for our summer break. Mike and Lynette
