Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Richard 5.0James was very thorough in his hand over and dealings with us. We had the van delivered to and from site, and he was on time for delivery and pickup. Had a minor hiccup with the battery going flat (off grid and very little sun) and couldn't get to charge with genset. James responded quickly and got us going again with clear instructions over the phone. Certainly would recommend to others
