Hiring rules
- We want everyone to enjoy their holiday and try to be as flexible as possible but for everyone's, comfort and safety the following applies:
- No smoking inside
- Not to be towed on the beach, gravel or dirt roads
- Pet fee is per pet, negotiable to a maximum of 2 small animals (we wouldn't want your fur babies missing their furry mate) (dogs only) dependent on size and degree of house training.
- Please also be aware the cleaning of toilet includes emptying and rinsing the cassette and cleaning of cassette compartment. Unfortunately if this isn't done then the toilet cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged.
- We ensure our vans are impeccably clean on pick up as our reviews reflect and we request the van be returned clean and tidy. If you can't clean the van for any reason please select the " clean the van for me" option. The majority of our hirers are really awesome and this is not generally an issue, however we have had a few bad experiences so please return the van in a clean and tidy condition otherwise we will have to charge an extra $299.00 cleaning fee.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Amanda 5.0This caravan was perfect for our trip and Brad and Maries customer service and thoughtfulness were amazing. The caravan is beautifully set up. Masterbed is spacious and comfortable (best sleep Ive had camping). So many USB ports for charging phones and the kids iPads for the long drives. Kids loved the three level bunk, having the little storage pockets and their own windows There was plenty of storage space. I loved that all linen (including beach towels was included). We literally only packed what we needed to eat and wear, they had thought of all the little things. The amenities are great and we had no issues as beginners. Pack up and set up where a breeze with no issues towing either. Would 100% rebook for our next caravanning adventure
Cody 5.0Brad and Maries van was absolutely perfect for our family get away. Communication was great and very accommodating with pick up, handover and drop off. Van towed like a dream and was kitted out with everything we needed, just had to pack clothes and food, then we were off. Thanks again Brad and Marie, looking forward to hiring again soon.
