IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please ensure you've read the Towing information in the advert. Please be reminded of the below and ensure you are equipped with the correct connections to ensure a seamless handover and no delays: Tow hitch connection is a D035 - photo is within the image gallery. If you do not already have this connection, we can loan your ours however it is your responsibility to ensure that the existing hitch on your vehicle is physically able to be removed - this needs to be ensured prior to you arriving to collect the van. You need to be prepared to remove the existing connection on your vehicle and install the new hitch connection at time of collection in the event that we are unable to do this for you. Note that the Fridge will not run while driving unless you have an Anderson plug on your vehicle. If there is more than one person towing the van, all towers must attend the handover and ensure they bring their Drivers Licence as we need to take a photo and record this in keeping with Camplify Insurance requirements. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the van and its inclusions. Hiring rules

• > Hirers must adhere to the transport instructions as specified when the caravan is handed over.
• > Pets are to be sighted prior to hire. Only 1 small dog will be approved.
• > No offroad;
• > Bitumen and Sealed gazetted roads only.
• > Some unsealed roads may be acceptable and must be disclosed at time of booking request. Designated paths and roads within Caravan parks are acceptable.
• > No smoking inside or under the awning.
• > The awning must be packed away before bad weather/wind arises.
• > The caravan will be given to you clean and must be returned in the same condition. Alternatively, we can do a full clean of the caravan including the toilet. This can be included as an extra when you make the booking. Failure to return the caravan in a clean condition will result in an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required due to dust inside vents, grills mesh etc additional charges may apply for professional cleaning.
• > The toilet chem tank MUST be emptied & cleaned before return, failure to do so will result in a toilet cleaning charge.
• > Any damages or loss of supplied item shall be paid in full by the hirer.
• > No fishing bait to be stored inside the fridge.
• > Please be aware that a GPS tracker is fitted inside the caravan so we know it's location at all times.
• > Please look after this caravan as if it is your own. Should any damage or problems occur whilst in your care please contact the owner immediately. We want to know as soon as possible so we can ensure the caravan is fully functional for the next hirers.
