Additional information
To tow Wilma you will need: * A car with a 3.5t towing capacity * Electric brake controller (one is available for hire if needed) * Towing mirrors (available for hire if needed) * 12 pin flat plug electrical connection (if you don’t have this, let me know when you book so we can arrange converters). Grey and red Anderson plugs are preferable, but not legally required. * To have had reasonable towing experience.
Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning failure to do so will automatically attract a $150.00 toilet cleaning fee.
- All crockery, cutlery and dishes must be washed. Benches, toilet, floor etc must be given a reasonable clean before return. Failure to do so will attract a minimum $100.00 fee.
- NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN. Smoke ingress requires a deep clean fee of $300.00, plus compensation for any hires that have to be cancelled to allow this to occur.
- Pets are not permitted inside the van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
