Special towing information
Towing mirrors must be used Three anderson plug set- up, 12 point flat pin, grey anderson (house battery) and red anderson (ESC). Extensive towing experience is required, please outline your towing experience in your booking request. When arriving to pick up Nellie, if your car cannot legally tow it, your booking will not proceed. Please note that it is the hirers responsibility to ensure their car can legally tow this van.

Deni, as it's affectionately called, is the perfect spot for water skiing, fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, mountain biking, hiking and the general outdoors. Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning. Failure to do so will attract an automatic $150.00 fee.
- The van must be returned / left in the same condition as it was delivered / picked up. A cleaning fee of $50.00 per hour will be applied otherwise.
- NO SMOKING IN VAN. Smoking requires a full deep clean, which you will be responsible for paying for, and for the loss of any bookings while the van is being cleaned.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
