Special towing information
- Towing Mirrors must be used and will be provided at no extra charge. - A minimum towing capacity of 3000kg on your vehicle is required. - Electric brakes are fitted and if you don't have an electric brake controller we will supply the wireless brake controller (at no extra charge). - Breakaway System installed. - The tow coupling on the van is a very safe DO-35 pin - we will supply the appropriate hitch (at no extra charge). - The electric towing connection is a 7-pin flat type, we can loan you an adaptor if required. - If you want the Fridge to continue running while travelling you need to have a grey Andersen plug on the rear of your vehicle.

Please also note the following: - Towing Mirrors are supplied - Please ensure you check your tow connection prior to arriving for your handover and collection of the caravan. When the caravan is connected, if there are any issues with your tow connection, your handover will need to be rescheduled. PLEASE NOTE THE CARAVAN MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE INCLUDING THE AWNING AND TOILET OTHERWISE A CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
