Additional information
Basic cutlery and utensils are supplied. Any loss is subject to replacement fee. Glasses, cups, plates, bowls, pots and pan. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Bunk beds have foam overlay included for extra comfort. Mattress protectors (provided) are to be kept on at all times please or replacement of the mattress will be charged in the event of any damage. Basic cleaning materials are included, dishwashing liquid, hand soaps, disinfectant surface spray. No use of the toilet for number twos. Any use will require the tank to be replaced at the cost of the hirer, plus cleaning cost totally $500.00. The awning needs to be put down during bad weather or windy conditions or the repair/replacement will be at the cost of the hirer.
Hiring rules
- No number 2s in the toilet. Don’t have the awning up in windy conditions.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
