OUR VAN IS PERFECT FOR ● Family escapes — sleeps 5 comfortably (queen bed + triple bunks, with a zip-off safety screen for the littlest ones). ● Couples, grey nomads, or solo travellers — use the bunks for storage. ● Short or long-term travel — discounts available for extended hires. ● Visiting guests, weddings, or reunions — great as hassle-free temporary accommodation. ● Renovators — use as a comfortable on-site base while your home is being worked on. ● New caravan buyers — try before you buy. ● Exploring WA — from Margaret River to Broome, or even your own “big lap.” ESSENTIAL INFORMATION ● Sleeps 5 (queen + triple bunks, with a safety screen for one bunk). ● Delivery available (often complementary depending on hire length/location) or pick up from Forrestdale. ● 7-day minimum hire during peak periods (discounts apply for longer hires). ● Minimum hirer age 25 (younger drivers 21–24 may be considered based on experience). ● Large sedan, SUV, 4x4 or commercial vehicle required (see towing weights above). ● Portable Electric Brake Controller available as an optional extra if your vehicle doesn’t have one fitted. ● Pets not permitted. ● Not suitable for off-road or beach use. CLEANING ● The van will be cleaned before every hire — please return it to a similar standard. ● Inside: surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed/swept, rubbish removed, kitchenware cleaned, toilet cassette emptied. ● Outside: light wash with garden hose or car wash lance/brush. Drying windows with a soft towel to prevent water spots and scratches. ● Don’t want to clean? Add our optional cleaning service when booking, and we’ll take care of it for you. CARE & SERVICE CHARGE We ask all hirers to treat the van as their own, so it stays in great condition for future use. BOOKING INFORMATION ● Please book early — once your booking is approved, the deposit must be paid within 72 hrs. Camplify's system will automatically cancel the booking if the deposit is not paid in this timeframe ● Mention any special offers (free days, return hirer discounts) in your booking request so we can apply them manually. ● We often receive multiple requests for popular dates, so would recommend prompt deposit payment to secure your booking. Otherwise, (subject to availability) for shorter hires or for longer deliveries, we offer delivery and pickup at $2.00 per km (each way (including (any additional) distance for the outbound and return leg for both delivery and pick up)) with instructions and demonstration on set up and pack up included in the service fee all based on a minimum 5-night hire. CURRENT OFFERS - FREE DAYS Yes, we offer discounts for longer hires. DISCOUNTS - FURTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS ● Discounts apply to our listed/standard daily hire rates as they are, as at the date/time of the booking request. ● Service fees, optional equipment hire fees, and daily insurance excess are not discounted and so will not be included in the calculation for the daily hire rate discount. ● Camplify Booking Fee will be reduced on account of the discount applied, as far as it is based on the percentage of the daily hire value, the total of the reduced or discounted hire fee. ● We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any of our special offers for future or unconfirmed bookings, without notice. Hiring is subject to the discount being requested at the time of the booking request, the hirer meeting the hiring eligibility criteria, and the hire being initially approved on the basis of the discounted rates. ● The discount cannot be applied to a previously or already approved hire, or to a hire that is cancelled, and/or later re-booked. Hiring rules

• HIRING RULES
• No offroad or beach driving — this is a touring van, not for corrugated or soft sand use. Short gravel access roads are usually fine — please ask first.
• No smoking inside or near the caravan.
• Cleaning — return the caravan in clean condition inside and out. This includes wiping surfaces, cleaning the toilet and cassette, sweeping, mopping, and washing the exterior. If you prefer, select the optional cleaning service when booking.
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned — a cleaning fee applies otherwise.
• Awning & Front Window Cover — these are highvalue items and the most common causes of damage. Always follow instructions, secure properly, and pack away in bad weather. Damage is the hirer’s responsibility.
• Cooking inside — clean all surfaces and utensils, including the oven if used.
• BBQ — must be cleaned before return if hired.
• Travelling — no loose equipment, bikes, or luggage are to be transported inside the caravan. Secure all items in your tow vehicle.
• Handover inspections — must be completed before departure and on return (copy provided in the guest manual).
• Age restriction — hirers must be 25+. Younger hirers (21–24) may be considered based on experience.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a fantastic time in the caravan! This was our first time using a caravan. We have two young children and had no issues travelling with it. We drove to Exmouth and back to Perth and loved every bit. Andrews communication and help was fantastic - highly recommend!
