✅ We offer complimentary towing mirrors on request ☑️ Tow vehicle must have 3,000 kg towing capacity If you require a brake controller, please download the ELECBRAKES app on your smart phone prior to collecting the van. If your tow vehicle has a brake controller I will simply unplug the elecbrake controller on the van and your vehicle controller will work as normal. The caravan has a Flat 12 pin plug and 1 Anderson plug to charge caravan battery. The Tow vehicle requires a Flat 12 pin socket (to power fridge while driving) and Anderson plug to charge the batteries or an optional setup would be a flat 7 pin socket (or I have a 7 pin round to flat 7 pin adapter for use free of charge) however the fridge and battery wont run / charge while driving in this configuration but the fridge will stay cool for many hours and the solar will charge the caravan battery

When making a booking request, please be sure to include the following information to help speed up the approval process. 1. WHERE you plan to travel for your selected dates 2. Your TOW VEHICLE information (minimum towing limit 3,000kg) 3. Your level of TOWING EXPERIENCE 4. How many PEOPLE and AGE 5. ANY QUESTIONS you have for us regarding our van 6. Your MOBILE so we can get in touch Please allow approximately 1hr for handover at pickup.
Hiring rules
- We want everyone to enjoy their holiday and try to be as flexible as possible but for everyone's, comfort and safety the following applies:
- No smoking inside
- Not to be towed on the beach, gravel or dirt roads
- Pet fee is per pet, negotiable to a maximum of 2 small animals (we wouldn't want your fur babies missing their furry mate) dependent on size and degree of house training.
- Please also be aware the cleaning of toilet includes emptying and rinsing the cassette and cleaning of cassette compartment. Unfortunately if this isn't done then the toilet cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged
- Minimum hire during school holidays and Christmas is 7 nights
- Pick up and drop off at mutually agreeable times.
- Please allow approximately 1hr for handover at pickup
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
