Hiring rules

• Service Fee includes one on one personalised hand over prior to departure, regas of bottles, consumables, cleaning of mattress protectors, inside mats and outdoor awning floor mat and muk mats
• Minimum of 14 Days Hire during Peak Public QLD and NSW Holiday/School Holiday Christmas/New Year, Easter and September as we receive multiple booking requests for these periods. We have a 21 Day Minimum during June/July School Holidays as we receive multiple long term requests during this peak period. Please discuss with us your dates and shorter stay options during these Peak dates on Mob 0417 099 962. Please note we are open Monday to Friday during business hours unless otherwise agreed with Owner.
• Hirer is requested to return caravan clean and tidy and in the same condition as they
• received it.
• Our standard Cleaning Charge is $400.00 WHICH DOESN'T INCLUDE WEBER OR
• OUTBACK/RED DIRT/BLACK SOIL/BEACH SAND CLEAN.
• PLEASE NOTE Any Outback Red Dirt/Black Soil/Dust/Beach Sand Road Travel will require prior
• approval and an extra daily charge.
• Mandatory Charge of $800.00 for special clean inside and out to remove all Outback Red Dirt,
• Black Soil and Beach Sand.
• Hirer must ensure the Dinette is collapsed before all travel as labelled on the Dinette table.
• Hirer must use supplied high quality waterproof mattress protectors on all mattresses including
• Dinette leather cushions to ensure the mattress and leather are protected.
• Hire must use cutting boards and drying mats to protect benches from moisture or any damage.
• Hirer MUST empty and clean toilet or there will be a $200.00 fee charged from Bond
• unless you have elected to pay for Clean chem toilet for me prior to your travel..
• Request Hirers use Outdoor Kitchen and Weber 1200 Q BBQ (with thermometer)
• for all roasting and greasy frying/roasting, this will ensure Caravan is free from
• cooking odours and grease if indoor stove/oven is used for frying/roasting an $200.00 additional
• fee will be charged out of Bond. We are very happy for oven to be used for
• baking cakes/muffins/quiche's/pie's etc we have supplied quality silicone tins for your convenience.
• Additionally, Hirer's must change drip tray in Weber regularly with spare drip trays provided and
• Weber and Trolley must be cleaned with products provided if not a $150.00 cleaning charge for Weber
• will be charged from Bond. PLEASE ENSURE ONLY ONE DRIP TRAY IS STORED IN WEBER AT ANY ONE TIME OR IT WILL CAUSE WEBER TO MELT.
• HIRER MUST ENSURE THEY DO NOT PLACE OR TIE DOWN ADDITIONAL BOXES, SWAGS OR ITEMS ON FRONT OR REAR OF CARAVAN TOOLBOXES AND TUNNEL BOOT HAS BEEN INSTALLED TO TRANSPORT ANY ITEMS.
• No Pets permitted inside caravan.
• No Smoking permitted inside caravan.
• Hirer must have the appropriate Towing Experience, Tow Vehicle and Towing Capacity/GVM/GCM
• to Tow Sportscruiser Deluxe Platnium Cross Country Caravan. ( Please note the ATM of Caravan is
• 2800kg). Please note if you have the Towing Experience but don't have the required
• Towing Capacity you can hire Vehicle through Fleet Crew in Brisbane. Additionally if driver is
• available we can deliver and collect to approved location for an additional cost of $5.00 per klm. This cost per klm can be negiotable for longer distances but there is a minimum delivery or pick up charge for under 50klms for each service (eg dropoff or pickup cost is per trip), otherwise the caravan can be collected from Salisbury.
• Hirer must ensure they have an Electric Brake Controller fitted for their towing vehicle wired to Pin 5
• on their 12 Pin Plug to tow vehicle prior to travel.
• Hirer requires Constant Power wired (minimum 6mm wire) to Pin 9 and Pin 10 earth wired on the 12 Pin Plug of their
• towing vehicle prior to travel. Please note we can recommend a mobile auto electrician who does
• SciFleet Toyota work.
• Hirer must install towing mirrors for their towing vehicle.
• Hirer must use Reversing Camera installed on Caravan and we will supply Touch Screen Monitor will be supplied by Owner.
• Hirer's Pickup times are between 9am11am and Dropoff time by 11am (time arranged with owner), so we can service and sanitise after every Hire otherwise an extra day Hire charge will be charged from Security Bond ( Please Note please allow time for preinspection/post inspection and handover. Caravan will be inspected following drop off by experienced caravan repairer).
• High Quality Linen can be supplied at additional cost if requested this will include sheets, pillow, pillow protector, pillowcase, bedcover/blanket.
• High Quality Bath and Beach Towels can be supplied at additional cost if requested.
• Extra daily charge applies for OffRoad/Outback trips depending on location and route.
• Both Hiree's are required to provide a copy of their licenses and copy of the Motor Vehicles Comprehensive Insurance Certificate and Motor Vehicle RACQ breakdown coverage for their vehicle when towing.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
