PICK UP AND DROP OFF We ensure an extensive demonstration is completed with all hirers at the time of pick up. We carefully explain set up and pack up procedures, use of the appliances, toilet cleaning plus more at our hand over meeting. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a smooth trip and the best time! CARAVAN PICK UP TIME: from 7am on the morning of your first day of hire. CARAVAN DROP OFF TIME: By 12pm on the last day of hire. If you require specific pick up or drop off times please indicate this in your booking request and we will do our best to accommodate. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like nationwide roadside assistance, 24-hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes the electric brake controller, gas for the vans and a standard pre-handover freshen up. The service fee DOES NOT cover cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, mud, sand or the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you would prefer not to clean the van you can pay the optional additional cleaning fee. WHAT DOES THE CLEANING FEE COVER? **optional** If you do not wish to clean the interior and exterior of the van, you can opt to pay the additional $150.00 'Clean the van for me (excluding toilet)' option. Additional charges will be incurred for excessive sand or mud in the van. If you do not wish to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the additional $250.00 'Clean the chem toilet for me'. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. INSURANCE: All of the caravans and RVs are comprehensively insured and, if the RV is designed to do so, may be permitted for some off-road use (upon strict prior agreement). Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. The minimum age to tow or drive this caravan is 21. ADDITIONAL EXTRAS: Optional linen hire ($150.00) - includes queen bed sheets, sheets for 3x single bunk bed, 5x bath towels, 1x bath mat, 1x hand towel & 2 x tea towels.

Hiring rules

• CLEANING The van must be returned in the same clean condition as you collected it in including the floor vacuumed and all surfaces including the fridge wiped down, toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place. Otherwise the cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged out of the hire bond as outlined in the additional information.
• NO SMOKING
• EMERGENCY Road side assistance is included. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the hirer on next steps.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
