Hiring rules

please only use the microwave, toaster and kettle and air conditioning when plugged into 240volt power.
this caravans requires a 12 pin plug for towing
• Stay on the marked roads and follow road rules offroad and nongazetted roads aren't covered by insurance.
• Maintain cleanliness to keep everyone's experience topnotch. Excessive cleaning fees of up to $800.00 may apply if not returned in the condition it was received.
• Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
• Pets are welcome after approval – let's ensure their safety and the caravans cleanliness.
• In case of damage, report it promptly through the Camplify app with details.

Hire Fee: From $149.00 per day
Service fee: $99.00
Delivery fee: $2.20 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
