Hiring rules

• HIRE RATES:
• OFF PEAK RATE: $119.00p/d (All other dates)
• PEAK RATE: $140.00p/d (school holidays, long weekends and events)
• School Holidays: 7 Day min hire
• MINIMUM HIRE TIMES: Prices are charged per day (as specified by Camplify) minimum hire is four days in off peak and seven days in peak seasons.
• DAILY RATES: All school holidays are peak periods with a minimum hire of seven nights $149.00 p/d. Long weekends, events and public holidays are also classed as peak periods with a minimum of 4 days $149.00p/d.
• SERVICE FEE: The service fee of $99.00 includes prehire hand overs, gas bottle top ups, diesel heater top up, cleaning gear, water tank fill. The service fee DOES NOT cover cleaning so please have the van returned in a clean state unless you have paid to have it cleaned. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $200.00 'clean the chem toilet for me’ option. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable.
• BOOKING FEE: The booking fee covers insurance and road side assistance with the hire. The booking fee is not negotiable.
• INSURANCE: The caravan comprehensively insured through your booking. The minimum age to hire is 30, with the standard liability (excess) being at $150.000 (equal to the bond). You may contact Camplify regarding an option to reduce this liability if you wish.
• DELIVERY SET UP & PICK UP: This van is only available for delivery and pick up. You cannot tow this van. We will do our best to accommodate your pick up and delivery times within reason. We deliver up to 100kms from Brisbane. The charge for this service is $3.00 per km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and return trip. For example If the delivery destination is 100kms then the charge would be $600.00. The minimum delivery set up & pack up fee is $300.00 per booking. This fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Island trips are not accepted due to the time involved.
• HANDOVERS: Please note handovers take a minimum of 30 mins.
• NO SMOKING: No smoking in or around van. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fee.
• HIRING AGE: Hirer must be 30 years of age or older
• LINEN: Linen is NOT provided and hirer must provide their own unless specified $95.00. Mattress protectors are included.
• CHEM TOILET CLEAN: The hirer is responsible for emptying the waste from the toilet before the van is returned. The optional extra "clean the van for me" does NOT include toilet waste removal. “Clean the Chem Toilet for me” is an additional $200.00 fee.
• NO PETS: Strictly no pets! Excess cleaning fee of $400.00 will be charged.
