Hiring rules

- • No offroad (Insurance will not cover if you have been on unsealed roads)
- • Minimum age for hire 28 years old
- • No Smokers (Additional $500.00 cleaning fee for smoke/odour removal)
- • No pets
- • No festivals
- • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- • RV must return cleaned or risk up to $400.00 cleaning fee
- • Standard pickup / dropoff times are 4pm 6pm Week days 12pm 6pm
- Weekends
- • Please allow at least 1 hour for pick up hand over
- • Please allow time for packing the van with your items and cleaning at the end of your trip, within your paid days. We do not allow pick up prior to your booking.
- • No cooking inside the van (use BBQ provided)
- • Minimum towvehicle is All Wheel Drive
- • Minimum licence requirements is C
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
