Caravan can be towed by vehicle with min. 3000kg towing capacity but will only have 300kg allowable payload for water and gear. Bike racks cannot be used with 3000kg capacity. If tow vehicle has 3500kg towing capacity caravan has 800 kg allowable payload and can carry 4 bikes and 300 litres of water.

Hiring rules
- *Only mattress protectors and fitted sheets are supplied for the beds.
- *7 night minimum hire for off peak periods. 10 night minimum hire for school holiday periods.
- *Caravan can only travel on unsealed roads with owners approval. A full list of any planned travel destination including any unsealed roads must be provided to owners before caravan can be booked. Any unauthorised travel on unsealed roads will result in loss of security bond. Caravan is equipped with GPS tracking unit.
- *No smoking in or around caravan.
- *No bikes or other large items to be stored inside caravan.
- *Caravan must be returned in a state of cleanliness equal to that which it left for hire in. All red dust and insects must be cleaned off and the toilet cassette emptied and thoroughly flushed out. Excess cleaning will be charged at $75.00 per hour.
- *No camp fires within 6m of caravan.
- *Any damage to the awning will not be covered by insurance. The cost will be deducted from the security bond. In the event the security bond does not cover damages the hirer agrees to pay the difference.
- *Any damage caused to tyres is not covered by insurance and will be deducted from security bond.
- *No persons under 25 years old may tow the caravan.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
