Towing Requirements: The Adria Altea 522PK Sport is lightweight and easy to tow, suitable for most family vehicles with a towing capacity of 1,910kg or more. Please ensure you have an appropriate towing vehicle. What's Included: The caravan comes fully equipped with kitchen essentials (cutlery, pots, pans), optional bedding for all sleeping areas (sheets, pillows), and outdoor seating. Flexible Pick-Up and Return Times: We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible pick-up and drop-off times. Just let us know your needs in advance! Not able to be taken off road, requires mains water connection.
Hiring rules
- STRICTLY NO UNSEALED OR GRAVEL ROADWAYS, INCLUDING SITE ACCESS
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan to maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests.
- Cleaning: Please return the caravan in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee will apply if the van is returned without cleaning.
- Toilet & Waste Disposal: Please empty the toilet cassette before returning the caravan. If this is not done, an additional cleaning fee WILL be applied.
- Towing & Safety: For your safety and the safety of others on the road, please ensure proper towing techniques and speed limits are adhered to at all times.
- Important Note on Festivals, Shows & Off Grid Sites: Our caravan is not available for use at music festivals, agricultural shows, or similar events unless you are booked into an official, designated camping ground within the event. For the safety, care, and longevity of the van, we ask that it is only taken to proper camping grounds with appropriate facilities.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
