- Caravan Return Policy
- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers, we kindly ask that the following rules be observed when returning the caravan:
- 1. Toilet Cleaning: The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the caravan.
- 2. Cleanliness: The caravan must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as it was provided to you.
- If these requirements are not met, the following cleaning fees will apply:
- • Toilet Cleaning: $100.00
- • Internal Cleaning: $150.00
- • External Cleaning: $100.00
- We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards for all our hirers.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
