Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Naveen 5.0We were 2 couples hiring the caravan and it slept all 4 adults comfortably. Michael was very prompt and responsive and accommodated providing a handover in advance which was appreciated. We loved the Nelly and can't wait to do it all again next year with the kids this time.
