Please treat our van as if it were your own and return it clean and in the same condition it was provided. No off-road use is permitted. The van is strictly for sealed roads and well-maintained caravan parks. No smoking or vaping inside the van. We’ll provide a full handover so you feel confident using everything, including power, water, and setup. If you’re new to caravanning, we’re happy to help—just ask. Please ensure the van is securely parked and locked when unattended. Any issues during your trip, contact us straight away so we can help resolve it quickly. Most importantly—relax and enjoy your trip!

Hiring rules

  • * Van must be returned clean and in same condition
  • * Toilet and tanks emptied before return
  • * Cleaning fees apply if not done properly
  • * Hirer responsible for all fines, tolls, and damages
  • * Bond applies and will be used if needed
  • * Keys must not be left in the van unattended
  • * No subletting or letting others use it
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
