Hiring rules

Hiring rules
Hirer must clean and empty the toilet before returning the caravan if this is not completed a $200.00 fee will apply.
N0 smoking/vaping inside the van. A cleaning fee will apply of $400.00 if detected.
Please ensure bike rack is used for storing bikes, no bikes to be stored in the caravan.
The caravan must be returned in a state of cleanliness equal to that which it left for hire in. All red dirt/dust must be cleaned off. Excess cleaning will be charged at $50.00 per hour.
No campfires under awning, and all firewood to be stored outside not in the caravan.
No persons under 25 years old may tow the caravan.
Caravan can only travel on unsealed roads with the owners pre approval. Any unauthorised travel on unsealed roads will result in loss of security bond.
Minimum 5 days rental in School Holidays

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $220.00 per day
Service fee: $150.00
Delivery fee: $1.70 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
