Hiring rules

  • Hiring rules
  • Hirer must clean and empty the toilet before returning the caravan if this is not completed a $200.00 fee will apply.
  • N0 smoking/vaping inside the van. A cleaning fee will apply of $400.00 if detected.
  • Please ensure bike rack is used for storing bikes, no bikes to be stored in the caravan.
  • The caravan must be returned in a state of cleanliness equal to that which it left for hire in. All red dirt/dust must be cleaned off. Excess cleaning will be charged at $50.00 per hour.
  • No campfires under awning, and all firewood to be stored outside not in the caravan.
  • No persons under 25 years old may tow the caravan.
  • Caravan can only travel on unsealed roads with the owners pre approval. Any unauthorised travel on unsealed roads will result in loss of security bond.
  • Minimum 5 days rental in School Holidays
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
