Special towing information
Towing vehicle requires minimum 3.5 tonne towing capacity and 350kg tow ball weight capacity. Please ensure you are under your vehicles GCM (gross combination mass). Towing Mirrors must be used. We can lend out towing mirrors if you don't have your own. Use your own brake controller or download the Elecbrake App on your phone for wireless brake control. Anderson plug is only required to charge the battery while driving, fridge will run on battery. 7 or 12 pin flat plug required - please confirm the plug connection on your vehicle at time of booking request. Towing hitch is a D035. Please make sure you have removed your old towball if not D035 before handover. I also have an adjustable hitch which we may need to use to get towing heights correct. All drivers must attend the handover and ensure they bring photo ID to satisfy Camplify requirements. NO OFF ROAD: Bitumen and Sealed gazetted roads only unless written consent given prior to handover. Designated paths and roads within Caravan parks ok.

Hiring rules
- **Van to be returned by 12.00pm on last day of hire unless otherwise approved in advance.
- No smoking or vaping in van. Excess cleaning fee will apply if detected.
- Sorry pets not allowed.
- PLEASE NOTE linen including pillows, quilts and towels can be included as an optional extra.
- EMERGENCY: If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it IMMEDIATELY details of who, what, were and when will be required.
- CLEANING please return the caravan in clean condition i.e. how you received it, unless you have selected cleaning as an additional extra on your booking.
- AWNING The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if van is going to be left unattended.
- EXTRA CHARGES:
- Excessive cleaning will incur a charge at $150.00 per hour.
- If any unauthorised off road use the van will require professional cleaning, minimum rate $350.00.
- Toilet cassette if not empited a fee of $300.00 charged to empty at a suitable location.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Chris 5.0We had an excellent 6 night trip in Bretts caravan. We are a family of 4 with a two young children, 4 year old and a 5 month old. The van was exactly what was described, it is in top condition and kitted out with all the amenities, making packing quick and easy. The van towed really well behind our 300 series landcruiser, while not too big to navigate car parks and caravan park bays. Brett was easy to deal with, super knowledgable on the van and happy to answer any questions we had. Great van, we couldnt be happier and would hire this van again. Cheers Chris and the family

Instructions and inventory lists were also included so we could double check if we were unsure. Would certainly recommend to others and will be our preference to hire this van again.
