Teatree is a 2000 petrol, 5 speed MANUAL VW Transporter. She is a great, reliable car to drive, however, please remember that because she is an older vehicle she is not the speediest of machines. Each booking has a free km limit of 1000kms. After that, there is an additional $0.30 surcharge for each kilometre driven over 1000kms of the booking.

Hiring rules

• · After 1000km's, you will be charged 30. c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond. This to help cover maintenance costs and service costs of the vehicle. This may be flexible for long term bookings.
• · No off Roading and driving on unsealed driving will be allowed upon request

  We spent 10 days in the Van, it drove nicely, was good on fuel and had everything we needed to camp pretty comfortably. I would be happy to hire it again and would recommend it to friends/family as an easy way to have a look around Tassie.

  Really enjoyed spending 5 days driving around Tassie in Teatree the Transporter!! Dave and Steff were super responsive and even shared their recommendations for Tassie, including places to camp (very useful!). The van was fantastic - really these guys are pros and have thought of everything. Thank you !

  Dave and Stef were great and made the whole experience very enjoyable! Teatree is a great little van with so much character, she felt very homely for our trip! The bed was really comfortable, she drives great and all the extra facilities were all we needed for our stay! 10/10 would recommend, thanks for everything!
