Hiring rules

• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometre allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. $0.25 per K will be charged for excess K's
• ⛽ FUEL Tank will be filled with Diesel when you collect the vehicle. Please return the van with a full tank of Fuel. Always double check for Diesel before visiting service station.
• 🚬 No smoking inside the van
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $350.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
• • Please do not cook foods with strong odors (such as curries, seafood, or anything that causes lasting smells) in the van, including using the fridge or freezer for such items. Cooking must be done with the fan on. Cigarette smoke and persistent food odors may incur a cleaning fee.
• ✏️Please review Camplify hiring terms and conditions prior to booking.
• HIRE MINIMUM DAY HIRE:
• OFF PEAK: minimum 4 days hire
• PEAK: minimum 5 days hire
• EASTER: Minimum 6 days please note all Easter bookings must pick up by Thursday as three Burrows Adventure Hire is closed Good Friday and won’t reopen until Easter Monday from 2 for drop offs.
• PEAK CHRISTMAS/NEWYEARS: minimum 10 days hire, please note all vans must be collected by 22.12.23 as Three Burrows Adventure is closed Christmas/ New Years public holidays

  The Campervan is like described, works and drives really well. Has a good size to travel and park everywhere. The downside was a battery problem. We quickly ran out of battery while using the van utilities normally. This was something that should have been communicated to us at the beginning, because if the voltage dropped below a certain value, we would run out of power until we recharged it externally (at a powered campsite). This meant we had to change a bit our plans and go to places to charge it every 3 days. Besides this, we had a good time with the van.

  I had high expectations after reading other reviews, but our van was riddled with problems from the first day of pickup. The vehicle had not been properly repaired since a previous accident and was rented out in that condition. The gas door wouldn't close, the front windshield washer didn't work, windows wouldn't open, rear wiper was non-functional, and the battery died three times during the rental period. There was no apology, and the owner did not show any cooperative attitude. It was very disappointing.
