Hiring rules
- 🚫 No Smoking – Inside or near the van. Let the air stay fresh, clean, and woodsy.
- 🐾 Pets on Approval – Furry friends welcome only with prior chat. Let’s make sure it’s a good fit.
- 🛣 Sealed Roads Only – Cherry Tomato prefers the smooth route—no offroading or 4WD tracks.
- 🕓 Return on Time – Please return the van at the agreed time so he’s ready for his next adventure.
- 🧼 Clean Up After Yourself – Leave the van as you found it—tidy, loved, and ready to roam again.
- ⚡️ Power Use Mindfully – Solar is beautiful but limited. Use appliances with awareness.
- 💦 Water is Precious – Use the 90L tank thoughtfully—nature will thank you.
- 🔐 Lock Up When Away – Keep Cherry safe (and your things too!) when you’re out exploring.
- ⛽ Full Tank Policy – Please return him with a full tank of diesel, just as you received him.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Elissa 4.8My best friend and I rented this van for a roadtrip around the Coorong and it did not disappoint! Sarah was fantastic with her communication and when we met up to use the van, she was very thorough in explaining all the different features. The fit out is quite simple but it has all the essentials that you need for a cosy get away with lots of space to move around when the bed is folded up.
