PETS ALLOWED: There's nothing we love more than a fury companion on road trips! COLLECTION AND DROP OFF: Sproose Moose is located at Fulham Gardens (5 minutes from the Airport). Collection and Return time is between 6am - 9am (morning pick ups), and between 4pm - 7pm (evening pick ups). Also can be flexible on these times, if discussed and arranged in advance. LONG TERM HIRE: If your looking to book with us for 10 days or more, send us a message with your preferred dates and we will get back to you with our DISCOUNTED PRICE!
Hiring rules
- Please note the following requirements before booking:
- Must be 25 years old or over to book.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over and send me a picture message of the dashboard light and I will guide you through what to do. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then give me a call when you can.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads this is a 2WD with low clearance; corrugation can cause damage to both the mechanical components and internal components
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 250 km's a day included in the normal booking price. After that, you will be charged 0.30.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- FUEL Return FULL of UNLEADED 91 All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Be aware of clearance (stick to at least 3 m clearance ie no underground parking at shopping centres or drive throughs)
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van before you bring it back. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Bert 4.8Great van, bit older, but runs great.
Mitchel 3.3Van is pretty rough, passenger door didnt open from inside and both front windows jammed at times. Awning was wet and dirty, fuel flap very hard to open and kitchen equipment generally dirty. Mechanically OK.
