Hiring rules

• LONGER RENTALS = LOWER DAY RATES (PLEASE REUEST INFO)
• 1. No Smoking inside the van
• 2. Standard pickup 4pm / Drop Off 10:30am (request for later / earlier please ask directly)
• 3. Van is to be returned with all amenities and bedding or the hirer will be charged
• 4. No offroad / Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before trip
• 5. 200k per day distance allowance included in the hire / averaged over the trip. E.g 3 days = 600ks and the 600ks can be driving over any time period in the trip. Additional Ks are charged at 40c per K.
• 6. If there is evidence of any offroad use without approval in Camplify messages then an additional offroad cleaning fee of $300.00 will be applied to clean the undercarriage of the van.
• 7. Please return the van with a full tank of Diesel
• 8. Road tolls must be paid within 7 days of hire
• 9. Pets will be considered for long rentals
• 10. If you receive a fine during your hire and we are notified after your hire is completed, you must take full responsibility to pay for the fine / infringement notice as soon as possible as we will not be held accountable for paying the hirers fines, period.
• 11. You agree and accept that you will only access the roof platform at your own risk
• 12. The Hirer is in charge of cleaning the inside of the van before returning the van unless they have paid for the cleaning fee of $99.00. If the van has not been cleaned upon return, we will charge an additional $99.00 cleaning fee.
• 13. If the hirer does not return the van by latest and arranged time of, 4:30pm on the day of organised return, the hirer will be automatically charged another day and this charge will continue until the van is returned unless of unforeseen circumstances (break down).
• 14. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• 15. If the hirer would like to extend the hire, they must communicate and organise with Camplify after the extended period has been confirmed with Yotchi within the Camplify messages.

• 1. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.

  The Baltic was amazing! Spotlessly clean with spacious refrigeration. Loved the hot shower at the end of the day and never having to worry about power. The yotchi experience was a delight!

  We had such a great time in the Baltic van! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed (and more) Loved the projector for a night in and the hot shower was great after a chilly swim. Would definitely recommend travelling in one of the yotchi vans, we will be hiring again on our next trip for sure!

  We had an awesome time overall! The van was easy to drive, had good clearance, and we never ran out of power or had to charge at a campground. Water tank capacity is adequate - we only had to fill it twice within a week, and were cooking 2-3 times a day and took showers a couple of times. It does take about 20 min to warm up the water, but having a hot shower is worth the wait! The amount of crockery was sufficient for our needs. The bed and 2 sets of pillows was super comfy, the only downside was that in order to sit inside at the table we had to take the bed out completely or fold it and roll it back in (which only gave us 20 cm wide couch on each side), it was quite a pain to do it multiple times a day, especially in the rain. As some of the renters noted, the Chromecast projector was not very intuitive to use and it required a cell coverage, which was often unavailable in national parks or remote locations. I wish it had the ability to be used just as remote screen with AirPlay, so you can watch movies downloaded to your phone proactively FYI the sink is in the corner and it isnt the most convenient location - I dont consider myself short (163 cm) but I had to wash dishes on my tippy toes. A few minor things that couldve made our rental even better: - HDMI cable provided and instructions to the projector printed out - Trash bags, foil, and gas for the stove provided (we did leave these items for the next renters)

  What a brilliant van! It was everything described and more, we had a great week driving around Tasmania in her, one thing to note, it DOES come with outdoor camping chairs, we weren't sure before our trip, so that was a nice surprise, the van was great all round, fridge was beautifully cold, the battery was faultless, the hand over was brilliant and incredibly informative with practical demonstrations on how to use things, can't recommend enough! Thanks guys

  We had a wonderful week in the Baltic! The shorter length of this van compared with others I've driven in the past made it easy to navigate and park in standard parking lots when needed. We had a few windy nights which got a little colder than expected but stayed warm in the van - it was a welcome upgrade from the tent camping we usually do. The freedom of using a van like the Baltic as both your vehicle and accommodation while touring through Tassie is easily the best reason to do it.
