Hiring rules

• The campervan must be returned in the same clean condition as it was hired. This includes cleaning both the interior and exterior. The exterior should be washed (carwash), and the interior should be thoroughly cleaned, including all surfaces, floors, and any provided equipment (camping chairs, table...). Extra cleaning fees may apply if additional cleaning is needed.
• Hiring must be 21 years of age or older.
• Please return the van with full tank of DIESEL.
• There is a free KM day limit of 200km. Any additional km's over this allowance will be charged at the end of the booking at $0.00.5 per km.
• Smoking and vaping inside the van not allowed.
• Toll charges will be taken at the end of the booking.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

  Mario is a super host and went out of his way to accomodate us. A big plus of this van is its sleeping mattress, which is very comfortable. Also, the van has many useful add-ons, including a portable shower, portable washing basin etc. Would recommend :)

  We spent four days driving along the Great Ocean Road, and everything was absolutely perfect! The van ran smoothly the entire way and had everything we needed. It was easy to drive and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Mario was super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond both before and during the trip, which made us feel very well taken care of. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend to anyone planning a campervan adventure!
