- No off road/ beach driving.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

But the highlight each time has been the incredible humans Joe and Eunice are. You can tell from the very first interaction that they take pride in their business and go above and beyond to ensure your trip is memorable. Nothing is ever too difficult. They even stock up coffee and tea so you can relax on your first morning out. Yes you can hire from Bitz or the like and we have in the past, but quality and support you get from Joe and Eunice before, during and after your trip I've never seen matched. Thank you for an incredible trip.
Mark 4.8We had a great week with Bilbo! Joe was very friendly and accommodating. Van is well setup has everything you need. Although it lacks power steering and gets pretty hot on long drives its full of character and lots of power from new engine.
