Olive (or Liv) is a LWB / high roof delivery van turned into an off-grid tiny home. She was custom built and we are excited to share her with you for your next adventure. he has everything you need including a fridge, freezer, 2-burner cooker, HOT shower (FYI, you need to turb the gas ON to get the hot water to work), heaps of storage, and a KING sized bed. Also, yes! You can stand inside! Powered by solar panels and alternator, Liv allows you to go off-grid free camping. All your kitchen needs, camp chairs, and more are included in your hire price. Pets are ABSOLUTELY welcome! We are also open to discussing different drop off locations and long term rental options.

Some of the key features of our custom built van include: - Renogy 170ah lithium battery - 400W of Solar - Renogy 50ah DCDC & MPPT chargers - Renogy 1500 watt inverter for 240v power - Maxxair fan - Dometic Fridge with freezer compartment - 12v LED dimming lights - Water pump switch - USB/USB-C charge ports - 110L fresh water tank - 40L grey water tank - hot SHOWER with Kickass hot water heater - no toilet but we've never felt like we needed it 🤷‍♀️ - Sealed 9 kilo gas box - all kitchen essentials Monthly discounts & return customer discounts available. 150km/day (averaged) limit and $0.30/km after that.

Hiring rules

  • 🚫 NO offroad. NO beach driving. NO extended gravel roads.
  • 🚫 NO smoking (or any drugs) in the van.
  • ❗Height is 3 meters stay out of shopping centers and garaged car parks to avoid getting stuck
  • All hires include a full fuel tank upon departure Return full of DIESEL
  • Take your rubbish with you and keep van and all equipment clean. If excessive cleaning is needed, it will incur the extra cleaning fee of $450.00.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had the best time in Olive. Beautiful van so cosy and comfortable! Only thing to note if you are tall is the bed isn't full length. Otherwise LOVE IT! Thanks so much

    Glad you had a good time! I"m so sad you didnt get to experience the bed in king size mode though! It pulls out over the seats and becomes a king size bed front to back! - over 2m of length

    Me and my partner did 7 days in Olive and overall found it pretty good. Pros; easy to park, apple car play, reverse camera, comfy bed, good A/C, plenty of storage. Cons; shower never got hot for us, van lacks power, sleeping was hard as it was difficult to keep cool in warm weather.
