Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was spacious, had a comfortable bed, good lighting and ventilation and lots of extras tucked away. Excellent for a weekend or a longer trip away. Tom, the host, was great with communication and provided some excellent how-to videos. Great value foe money.

    This was my first time hiring a van and I could not be happier! I had an amazing experience traveling in this van. All the amenities worked like a dream and made my camping trip incredibly easy. Tom is a very kind, chill guy who was easy to contact and helped me out with any question I had. 5 stars!
