Hiring rules
- No smoking inside caravan. If evidence customer will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee.
- Toilet must be emptied prior to return unless the empty toilet option is selected.
- No offroad driving unless prior approval given
- No large hard objects like eskys or bikes to be transported inside the caravan
- Towing mirrors must be used are available if required
- The van does not come with bed linen and pillows but mattress protectors are provided on each bed.
- We ask that you report ALL damages no matter how small.
- Waterproof mattress protectors will be supplied and must be used at all times.
- Selfcleaning the van is an option. If you choose to selfclean we provide all the cleaning materials and products. However, if you prefer not to selfclean then select the cleaning option upon booking. If the van is not returned clean then a fee will be applied. The toilet must be emptied in waste dump points and cleaned otherwise a $100.00 charge will apply.
- You must allocate time prior to hire for a full run down of setting up of the van, if time allows this can be done prior to leaving.
- Delivery is available depending on time and located due to work constraints, but we will try our best to accommodate your needs
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, safely move off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
