Hiring rules
- No smoking inside van.
- Roof stabilisers must be used at all times.
- If you are towing our van, you must have an electric braking system compatible with our van setup.
- Van must be left in a clean condition upon end of lease
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
