Additional information
We provide the following free of charge: - an annex with walls, essentially another room. - freshly washed bedding (no need to bring your own linen) - a portacot if you need, please request this. - electric brakes. - small washing line and washing up bucket.
Hiring rules
- no smoking inside
- return the van in the same clean state it was given (cleaning items provided, $150.00 fees apply if exceedingly dirty)
- Awning/Annex MUST be put away if you are leaving the van unattended or if very windy conditions arise
- Caravan MUST be locked if left unattended
- Any damage or accidents must be reported ASAP via text msg with a photo
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kristine 4.0Our holiday was cut short due to a family situation and there was no message to tell you to lift the glass on the hot plate which looked like many other electric hot plates I have used in the past with glass tops. I put water on the hot plate to boil and the glass smashed. I notified Ruth immediately. Other than these things the caravan was what we expected and Ruth was really easy and nice to communicate with.
