EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Hiring rules
- * Towing experience unless delivered
- * Failure to return 'Millie' to the owner, in 'Pre Hire Condition' will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $200.00.
- * All items and utensils etc. included in this van must be washed and put back into place.
- * No Smoking i.e. Smoking inside this van is totally Prohibited
- * No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van
- * Beyond fair wear and tear, we have a 'You break it you pay for it' policy.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ralph 5.0Everything worked well. Everything was provided and we had a good time on our week away. Many thanks to the owners for all their help and efforts in making our holiday enjoyable. The only thing I can say that might be helpful is that the bottom bunk beds are pretty close to the floor which made it harder for a couple of 70 year-olds to get in and out of.
