Bethany's communication was prompt and informative. The van itself was good, unfortunately there were some issues with the van that weren't disclosed prior to collection. Had these issues been brought to our attention, the hire itself may not have gone ahead. There is no TV or microwave included in the hire, which is indicated as included on the Camplify ad. The cleanliness of the van was also disappointing; the cabinets, benches, couches and mattresses required a deep clean. There was a heavy ant presence including under the queen mattress, and the bathroom needed a very thorough clean before use. Overall, communication from owner was good but van quality disappointing.

Great tiny van! Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a coastal break. The aircon kept us cool during the summer heat ! Bethany was very helpful with communication
