Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sarah 2.8Bethany's communication was prompt and informative. The van itself was good, unfortunately there were some issues with the van that weren't disclosed prior to collection. Had these issues been brought to our attention, the hire itself may not have gone ahead. There is no TV or microwave included in the hire, which is indicated as included on the Camplify ad. The cleanliness of the van was also disappointing; the cabinets, benches, couches and mattresses required a deep clean. There was a heavy ant presence including under the queen mattress, and the bathroom needed a very thorough clean before use. Overall, communication from owner was good but van quality disappointing.
