Hiring rules
- NO smoking inside the van
- Awning is to be packed away in bad weather
- Vehicle to be returned cleaned or a cleaning fee will apply
- Damages incurred will be at the cost of the hirer.
- Hirer must allow time to go through camplify checklist with us prior to use.
- Delivery times may vary each booking as we both work weekday jobs.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sam 5.0From beginning to end, Tace was fantastic to deal with. No request was too difficult as we needed a bit of flexibility with handover etc. The van was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay in the Bay. Would definitely look to hire again from Tace and highly recommend.
