Hiring rules
- NO smoking inside the van
- Awning is to be packed away in bad weather
- Vehicle to be returned cleaned or a cleaning fee will apply
- Damages incurred will be at the cost of the hirer.
- Hirer must allow time to go through camplify checklist with us prior to use.
- Delivery times may vary each booking as we both work weekday jobs.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
