Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Conan 5.0Canoe was exactly as described. Easy to set up, use and take down. Towing was a breeze. Bayleigh was great to deal with, quick to reply and very helpful. Totally recommend.

Sarah 5.0Billy the Opus was a great camper trailer to hire. From towing to setting up/packing down, it was just so easy. All the necessities you might need for camping were at our fingertips. I will add that the mattress is incredibly firm, so would definitely bring a mattress topper next time but other than that I could not fault it! Bayleigh's communication was excellent and I would highly recommend! Thanks again!
Riah 5.0We had a fantastic weekend in the opus, its extremely easy to set up and down. Honestly made the weekend so easy especially with two children.
