Hiring rules

• Minimum Hire Periods:
• OffPeak: Minimum 2 days
• Christmas / New Year: Minimum 5 days
• Easter: Minimum 3 days
• QLD School Holidays: Minimum 3 days
• Long Weekends: Minimum 3 days
• General Conditions:
• Hirer must be 25 years or older
• No offroad driving permitted
• Bikes and scooters must not be stored inside the van while travelling
• Awnings must be packed away in windy or bad weather conditions
• No smoking inside the van at any time (please avoid smoke drifting inside)
• Pets are welcome with approval depending on size and behaviour
• Pets must not sleep on beds or couches and must use their own bedding
• Service Fee:
• A $50.00 service fee applies to each booking.
• This covers gas, water topup, prehandover cleaning, and safety checks.(Note: This does not include general cleaning of the van after hire.)
• PickUp & Return:
• Pickup: From 8:00 AM (unless agreed otherwise)
• Return: Before 6:00 PM (unless agreed otherwise)
• Delivery:
• Available anytime on weekends
• After 3:30 PM on Mondays
• After 11:00 AM on Fridays
• Cleaning & Returns:
• Please wipe down all surfaces and empty the toilet cassette before returning the van.
• The van must be returned in the same clean condition it was received to avoid extra charges.
• Prefer not to clean?
• Van cleaning service: $100.00 per booking
• Toilet cassette cleaning: $200.00 per booking
• (Cleaning fees will still apply if the van is returned in an unreasonable condition.)
• A full inspection is carried out before and after every hire.
• Any damages or losses during your hire will be charged to the hirer.
