Hiring rules

• Essential Hiring Rules
• 1. Delivery & Setup Only – No Towing by Hirers. For safety and insurance reasons, we handle all towing and setup. Just arrive and enjoy!
• 2. No Smoking. Strictly no smoking inside the van – additional cleaning fees will apply.
• 3. No Pets Inside the Van
• We love pets too, but for hygiene and allergy reasons, they’re not allowed inside.
• 4. BYO Bedding
• Please bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels.
• 5. Leave It Clean
• The van should be returned tidy. Mess may result in extra cleaning fees of $100.00.
• All used dishes to be washed, dried and put away.
• If you use the 4 burner gas cooktop, please ensure it is wiped down after each use.
• Failure to return the van in a clean condition will incur a cleaning fee of $100.00.
• 6. Toilet Use
• Only use caravansafe or 2 ply toilet paper (provided).
• Toilet must be emptied if used, the toilet cassette has a empty/full indicator on the side. Green is ok to use, Red is full – If it’s not emptied on pick up a cleaning fee of $500.00 applies.
• It is a simple process to clean, please ask us if you’re unsure. We’re happy to help!
• 7. No OffRoad or Beach Camping
• The van must stay on sealed roads or wellmaintained gravel access at approved campgrounds it has been delivered to.
• 8. No Climbing on Roof or Bunks
• Roof access is prohibited. Top bunk weight limit must be respected (typically 70kg unless stated otherwise).
• 9. Damage Responsibility
• You’re responsible for any damage during your hire period. Please notify us of anything straight away.
• • Awning Use: Only deploy awning in calm weather; never leave it out unattended or in high winds.
• • No Festivals or Events: Van not available for use at music festivals or large events unless approved.
• • Minimum Hire Period: 2night minimum, 3 nights over public holidays/school breaks.
• 10. Gas bottle if you use the gas bottle, please re fill it and keep a receipt, we will reimburse you for the refill.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
