Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Charmaine 5.0We had a lovely holiday by the beach in the van; Ian did drop off with his family in a bit of rain. Ian and his wife went through the van with us before heading off. The van had everything that we needed for the week, and it was great to have him drop off and pick up to make it easier on us. Thanks again the Jones family :)
