❌ NO off road, beach driving or extended corrugated roads - short gravel roads are OK to access hip camps and parks and properties. ❌ NO Smoking in or near the Caravan  ❌ Awning to be packed away before bad weather arises    ❌ Sheets must be used on the beds to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt even when using a sleeping bag   ❌ Report any damage through Camplify App, even if minor so that we can ensure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire. 🧹 CLEANING: 🧹 Please make sure to return the van in the same condition as when you picked it up. Cleaning charges may apply unless you've chosen the option for us to handle the cleaning. We've provided cleaning products for your convenience. If the van is extremely dirty upon return, extra cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit. Additionally, remember to empty the toilet before returning the van, unless you've paid for us to take care of it. There are toilet dump points available in all towns, and we can help you find the nearest one if you're unsure. Please note that the service fee does not cover cleaning off mud, sand, or salt from the van (both inside and outside), nor does it cover emptying the toilet. If you'd rather not clean the van yourself, you can choose the "clean the van for me" option for $99.00. If you prefer not to empty the toilet, there's a $199.00 option for us to handle both the van cleaning and the toilet. Failure to adhere to these cleanliness rules may result in extra fees deducted from your deposit. Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
