Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Merinda 5.0Van was awesome, Josh and the level of communication was even better. We did have Josh deliver/set up/pack down however he called to run us through everything as we were stuck in line and didnt make it on time to meet in person and was available for anything we needed during our time in it.
