Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

What a great van! Excellent communication leading into pickup. Comprehensive briefing on the operation of the van. We had no issues with the van. Very easy to set up and use. Towed well. Heater was awesome with a 2 degree night. Packed down just as easily and drop off was seamless. Thank you.
