Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Daniel 5.0The van was perfect for our getaway. It was easy to setup and pack down, and the large awning allowed us to sit outside even though it was drizzling for a couple of hours. Marie-Claire provided a detailed handover (including a pack down checklist) which made everything a breeze. The bunk beds were great for two kids and also included two builtin fans to keep them cool. The king sized bed was comfortable after a long day exploring. Marie-Claire quickly responded during the whole process of hiring and returning, which was great.
Tommii 4.8Marie-Claire and her Husband were thoroughly accommodating lending their van. The van was easy to set up and easier to pack away. Marie was very responsive and willing to communicate during the course of the hire. So very appreciative!!
