Special towing information
If you need a portable brake controller, please select it as an optional extra. This caravan does require a 3500kg towing capacity DELIVERY OPTION: We can tow the van up to 200kms away from McDowall for you. The cost is $2 per km. The total distance is for the return trip. For example, if your destination is 100kms away, then the cost would be $400. The fee includes transport, set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please note that delivery is subject to availability and a minimum charge.

Hiring rules
- No Towing the Caravan on the beach or corrugated unsealed roads
- No smoking or Vaping inside the caravan
- No Pets
- Delivery is based on Owner availability
- Please return caravan cleaned, in the same condition it was provided in. Additional fees may be charged if returned dirty. (see optional extras if you wish to pay for cleaning)
- Toilet must be emptied prior to return or a cleaning fee of $119.00 will apply
- Rescheduling of hire will NOT be accepted within 48 hrs of hire date
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
