If you need a portable brake controller, please select it as an optional extra. This caravan does require a 3500kg towing capacity DELIVERY OPTION: We can tow the van up to 200kms away from McDowall for you. The cost is $2 per km. The total distance is for the return trip. For example, if your destination is 100kms away, then the cost would be $400. The fee includes transport, set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please note that delivery is subject to availability and a minimum charge.

Hiring rules

  • No Towing the Caravan on the beach or corrugated unsealed roads
  • No smoking or Vaping inside the caravan
  • No Pets
  • Delivery is based on Owner availability
  • Please return caravan cleaned, in the same condition it was provided in. Additional fees may be charged if returned dirty. (see optional extras if you wish to pay for cleaning)
  • Toilet must be emptied prior to return or a cleaning fee of $119.00 will apply
  • Rescheduling of hire will NOT be accepted within 48 hrs of hire date
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an awesome trip to Yamba and the van was perfect for our family of 4. It was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Anthony & Rebecca were so helpful and great to deal with. We willbe hiring this van again for sure. Amie

    This was our second time hiring Rebeccas van and once again it was a fantastic experience. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive, and the van was the cleanest we have hired so far. It is obvious they take great care of it, and you can feel that the moment you step inside. It was perfect for our family of five, and the bike rack was a great bonus for the kids.
