The van is a great size and was super easy to tow. We really liked the outdoor kitchen. Joshua was super friendly and gave me lots of helpful tips/advice.

The van wasnt clean, especially the shower. We werent given instructions on a number of things and the mattress on the bed is extremely uncomfortable with the fold in the middle. We were then hit up with a cleaning fee of $180 even though we left the van spotless I dont recommend hiring from this person

It is a great van, tows well and had all the required gear needed. We did have dramas with the 12v system going flat a couple of times over night and the external kitchen gas burners werent working. Would definitely hire again if these issues were rectified.

Communication was good. We were shown the van by his wife and he later joined on the phone. Both lovely. The caravan was easy to tow, plenty of room, had everything we needed only issue was the fold in the mattress did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Pick up location was easy as well- easy to get to the highways. Handover/pickup was a bit of a let down and wasnt expecting to be there for about 1-1.5 hours and having to rush down to jaycar for an adapter for the trailer that I did make sure to ask about prior. Other than that, I would recommend.

What a great van! Excellent communication leading into pickup. Comprehensive briefing on the operation of the van. We had no issues with the van. Very easy to set up and use. Towed well. Heater was awesome with a 2 degree night. Packed down just as easily and drop off was seamless. Thank you.
