Hiring rules
- • No smoking inside the caravan.
- • Camplify Booking Fee: This includes emergency accommodation allowance protection, nationwide roadside assistance (including towing), 24hour customer support, thirdparty bond, and transaction management.
- • Service Fee: Covers the use of van consumables such as gas, full water tanks, and supplies, along with equipment maintenance, van preparation, and handover brief.
- Note: This fee does not cover cleaning or the return of a soiled toilet.
- • A toilet cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged if toilet cassette is not emptied prior to return
- • Caravan must be returned cleaned and in the same condition as at the beginning of hire. Excessive cleaning will incur an extra fee
- Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
