Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The caravan itself was very clean and tidy, extremely well equipped, and had plenty of storage along with lots of thoughtful extras. Highly recommended and would happily hire again.

Grahams handover was very detailed and we felt at ease knowing he would be contactable if we needed anything (which we didnt as everything was perfect) The van was well equipped and in very good condition. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful long weekend camping in style with our friends.
