ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: No smoking inside or around the van. Evidence of smoking with result in cleaning charge. All equipment must be cleaned, dried and returned to draws/cupboards. Missing items or breakages must be paid for. The van must be cleaned prior to pick up time. This includes cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, floors, lounge, BBQ, grill and returning the caravan in the same condition as you found it, unless you have elected to pay the optional extra cleaning fee. The toilet must be emptied prior to scheduled pick up time or drop off. You must ensure the toilet is emptied regularly during your stay. Evidence of overflow will result in an additional cleaning charge and potential damage charges. If the van is returned in poor condition, dirty and messy a cleaning fee of $400.00 will be charged. - Sites which are off grid will be considered as an option for delivery. Please message to discuss. Van has water tanks, 2000W inverter and solar and gas for cooking on BBQ also. Note A/C will not work off grid, 12v fans will. EXTRAS FOR HIRE: - An additional external 55 litre Dometic fridge is available to hire for $10.00 per day, which can be plugged in under awning and is great to keep the drinks cool ! - Blow up paddle board $10.00 per day. - Small wheelie bin of children's toys can be provided free of charge for use during your trip. - Delivery and Pick Up: $110.00, plus travel charge each way. Happy to negotiate delivery charge pending the location. SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS We are a family with commitments, so we do require at least 48 hours' notice to get the van ready for your trip. Should you be in need of the van at short notice this can be discussed prior to hire and a small fee will be charged to cover any costs such as child minding.

  After our entire camp set-up was destroyed in a recent storm, we were desperate to find a caravan for the remaining week of our holiday. Michael responded to our request within the hour and was kind enough to deliver to our site same day. Lovely almost new and modern van with a great layout and everything we needed including additions that weren't expected...a really decent coffee maker, ice machine and large fridge. Thankyou so much Michael...no hesitation recommending you and yr lovely caravan.
